Chiropractic Management of Colic (1CE)


Course Description

In this course we will dive into the management of one of the common presenting conditions in infancy- colic. Using clinical case examples and current pediatric evidence, we will discuss the best management protocols for colic. Dr. Jenny brings her 15 years of experience in specialized pediatric practice to the presentation, sprinkling in some clinical pearls she has learned along the way.

 

Learning Objectives:

  1. Discuss the evidence for chiropractic management of colic.
  2. Discuss the adjunctive modalities that a provider could use to augment their in-office management of colic.

  1. Colic: origins of the conditions, western medicine approaches to management, chiropractic approaches to management, and adjunctive modalities to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
