Participants will

  • learn about the anatomy and life cycle of mushrooms
  • get information about specific mushrooms, including turkey tail, reishi, and lion’s mane
  • gain an understanding of the nutrients in mushrooms, oats and colostrum and their support of normal body processes and a healthy immune system response
