Participants will be guided through breathing, relaxation, and meditation practices as well as learning about the benefits (both personally and in the context of clinical practice) of engaging in such practices on a regular basis. Learn to connect to your own living anatomy and physiology by cultivating awareness of sensory feedback. Take this time to relax and make yourself a priority. You are worth your time and attention!
