I enjoy helping and encouraging people find their potential. In my life, I am always striving to be “Better than Yesterday” and I encourage others to do the same. In a society where upwards towards 90% of people sit all day at work, teaching people how to move properly is one of the best gifts a doctor can give. As a Chiropractor and a coach in the Fargo-Moorhead area, I appreciate working with people who may be overcoming an old injury and finding ways to teach them how to move differently and more effectively to avoid future injuries. I have the ability to instill functional movements into the young and old alike.

I was born and raised in Barnesville, Minnesota. I pursued a pre-medicine undergraduate degree at Concordia College, Moorhead, MN and majored in Biology and Exercise Physiology. I went on to graduate with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic West and Summa Cum Laude from Logan University with a Master’s Degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation.

Since then, I have become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP®), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), obtained my International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma (ICSSD), and Level 1&2 CrossFit trainer Certification and am a Level 2 USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach.
