This course delves into the common physical manifestations of stress that patients report and explores the distinction between overactive adrenals and adrenal fatigue. Emphasis is placed on the significance of maintaining a harmonious balance within the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and adrenal glands - collectively known as the HPA axis. The goal is not merely to reduce or eliminate stress levels but to alter the body's response to stress.
