Minnesota chiropractors are facing a new financial challenge: starting January 1, 2026, chiropractic benefits will be eliminated from Minnesota Medicaid for recipients aged 21 and older. This change leaves thousands of patients without coverage and puts providers in a difficult position — how to ensure patients can continue care while remaining compliant with state and federal regulations.
