Michael Joyce joined TSR Injury Law in 2017. He brings valuable experience handling claims involving motor vehicle crashes, dog bites, premises liability, wrongful deaths, brain injuries, and other personal injury matters. Michael understands how the lives of families can be turned upside down in an instant after a serious injury or death and works tirelessly so that his clients get the type of legal representation they deserve in holding at-fault individuals responsible.
Michael was born and raised in Minnesota. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles before graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2017 from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul. While at Mitchell Hamline, Michael served on the school’s Law Review and Student Bar Association. Before joining TSR, Michael worked for another personal injury firm in downtown Minneapolis.
In the summer, Michael can be found spending his free time with his wife, friends and family. When he gets a day off, chances are you will likely find him on the lake or at the golf course during the summer and playing hockey during the winter. He is an avid fan of all Minnesota sports teams, especially the Minnesota Vikings and Timberwolves.
Todd Jackman is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Spine Surgeon who joins Midwest Spine & Brain Institute with more than 14 years of experience in all aspects of spinal care, emphasizing modern and less invasive spine technologies.
Dr. Jackman attended medical school at Oregon Health Sciences University, completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Minnesota and a spine fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.

When surgery is appropriate, Dr. Jackman will plan the least invasive surgery necessary to maximize the outcome. The preoperative educator will help prepare for the surgical day. Knowledgeable physician assistants and dedicated Care Team nurses support Dr. Jackman and the patient throughout the process of healing.
Dr. Jackman recently relocated back to Minnesota from Seattle, Washington with his wife and three children.
