Chronic lower extremity pain is a very common reason for patients to present in the ambulatory care setting. The differential for such a presentation is broad. Vascular causes are quite prevalent and are commonly overlooked. This can lead to misdiagnosis, ineffective treatment, and potential negative long term complications of unrecognized vascular disease. This course is aimed at increasing awareness of such disorders and developing a basic understanding of the presentation, evaluation, and treatment of these patients.
